Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance by bank transfer. A payment date will be agreed before lessons begin and should be adhered to throughout the tuition period unless otherwise agreed.

For the best learning experience, the use of a writing tablet is recommended. While not essential, it enables students to work collaboratively on the shared digital whiteboard and receive immediate feedback throughout the lesson.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hour notice.
Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full lesson fee, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
If a student joins a lesson late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments.
If a student is more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, I may be unable to deliver the lesson and the full lesson fee will still apply.
Homework may be set following each lesson to reinforce learning and consolidate understanding. Students are encouraged to complete homework before their next lesson so that it can be reviewed, marked and discussed during the following session.
Open communication is an important part of helping students succeed. Parents and carers are welcome to get in touch if they have any questions or would like to discuss their child's progress. I aim to respond to emails within two working days.
